3 Forks Services is hiring an experienced, dependable Project Manager to take the lead on our jobsites in and around Williston. From underground pipe to finished pads, you'll be the person who keeps every moving piece on track.

We need someone who can own a project start to finish — running schedules and crews, staying in constant contact with customers and subcontractors, and making sure the work gets done safely, efficiently, and up to standard.

You'll run the day-to-day of our site development and underground utility work — from the first grading pass to final closeout — and be the go-to point of contact for everyone involved along the way.

What You'll Own

  • Manage heavy civil, utility, and commercial civil construction projects from start to finish
  • Coordinate crews, subcontractors, vendors, equipment, materials, and schedules
  • Review plans, specifications, scopes of work, schedules, and project documents
  • Track project progress, production, costs, change orders, and deadlines
  • Communicate regularly with owners, customers, inspectors, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams
  • Conduct project site visits and coordinate daily or weekly field needs
  • Identify potential issues early and help resolve problems that may affect schedule, budget, safety, or quality
  • Assist with project planning, sequencing, and resource allocation
  • Maintain accurate documentation, including daily updates, project notes, photos, RFIs, change orders, and reports
  • Ensure work is completed according to plans, specifications, company standards, and customer expectations
  • Promote and enforce jobsite safety, company policies, and quality standards
  • Support estimating, bidding, scheduling, and closeout processes as needed

What You Bring to the Team

  • Previous project management experience in heavy civil, utility, commercial civil, or related construction required
  • Strong understanding of civil construction operations, sequencing, and field coordination
  • Ability to read and understand plans, specifications, scopes, and project documents
  • Experience coordinating crews, subcontractors, vendors, equipment, and materials
  • Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities
  • Experience with RFIs, submittals, change orders, schedules, and project documentation preferred
  • Basic computer skills required
  • Experience with construction software — Bluebeam, Procore, HCSS, Microsoft Project, Excel, or similar — is a plus
  • Valid driver's license required
  • Must be dependable, professional, safety-minded, and able to work independently
